SunEnergy was incorporated to acquire the assets of Advanced Energy Systems who originally commenced operations in 1987.
The company pioneered large hybrid solar systems incorporating solar, diesel, wind, battery, fuel cell and other technologies. The SunEnergy solar architecture expands from 1MW to large-scale 200MW solar farms.
The company will seek public listing on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) in 2010.
