
Over thirty years experience in IT and Telecommunications (IT&T) industries in Australia and USA, including eight years experience in Silicon Valley in the financing and development of IT&T related companies.
Mr Price has over ten years experience in DC power networks with a strong emphasis on distributed management architectures.
Mr Price has also managed direct and indirect IT&T distribution channels in Europe, Asia and Africa. Mr Price is a graduate of the Harvard Business School and previous Australian Entrepreneur of the Year. Mr Price has held senior positions with Wang, Digital Equipment Corporation, Impact Systems and Net X Communications Inc.

Mr Sharkey was a senior executive of MCI Communications from 1986 to 2000. In that thirteen year period the management team transformed the company from a residential-based business into a technology company focusing on large corporate and multi-national organizations – annual turnover grew from $2 billion to $39 billion in that time period.
Prior to MCI, he was with Litton Industries, the General Electric Co. and participated in the start-up of a voice messaging company in Silicon Valley. While at Santa Clara’s ROLM Corporation, initially a mil-spec computer company, he was a member of the management team that successfully marketed the ROLM CBX telecommunications product. ROLM was acquired by IBM, and is presently a Siemens (AG) company.
Mr Sharkey is a Director, and member of the Audit committee of Mutual of America Institutional Funds, Inc. He is also a Director with Flax Trust, the American Ireland Fund, the Smurfit Graduate School of Business in Dublin, and New York University Glucksman House.

Mr Spurling has extensive engineering and CEO experience running $1 billion companies. In particular he was CEO of GNB Technologies. GNB had a strong position in the battery and energy storage business providing solutions to the automotive, telecommunication and submarine industries.
Former CEO of Mitsubishi Motors Australia. Director Earthwatch Institute (Boston). Chairman Earthwatch Institute (Australia) and served on Wal-Mart Environmental Committee chaired by Senator Hilary Rodham Clinton.
Mr Spurling currently is a director of SunEnergy Limited, Dexion Limited, Medvet Inc., Intercast and Forge and Chairman of the Adelaide Catholic Archdiocese Finance Council. He is a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers and a Fellow of The Australian Academy of Technological Sciences and Engineering.

Mr Dewhurst has extensive experience in both the IT and Telecommunications industries in Asia and Australia and has had senior executive roles in both of these areas. He has had a great deal of experience in Joint Venture and “start-up” businesses and has been involved from the time of initial capital raising through to operating companies. He has worked extensively with both OTC and subsequently Telstra, in joint venture positions. Mr Dewhurst was recently a senior executive with Optus. Assignments he completed include a major AMP outsourcing project, a Telecommunications strategy for American Express International in Japan and an advisory role to the Hong Kong Government Electronic Commerce Joint Venture (Tradelink).
Mr Dewhurst graduated from the British Columbia Institute of Technology in Canada. He has acted as Chairman of the American Chamber of Commerce Telecommunications Committee in Korea and has been keynote speaker at a number of conferences dealing with Electronic Commerce and Electronic Distribution.

Mr Longbottom was a Director of National Grid Australia (during the company’s development and construction of the $800 million undersea interconnect between Tasmania and Victoria in Australia), ex Chairman of Electricity Supply Association of Australia, former CEO of Tasmanian Hydro Electric Corporation.
Mr Longbottom also undertook an assignment with the South Australian Government where he had responsibility for directing the reform of the Electricity Industry in South Australia including providing policy advice to government regarding the State’s participation in the national electricity market.
Mr Longbottom is an experienced energy industry executive with extensive project financing and development experience. He is playing a major role in the sourcing of land and the construction of SunEnergy's planned 50MW Solar Farm in the Flinders Ranges in South Australia.

The Hon. McCoy served as Acting Secretary of the U.S. Air Force. He was appointed by President Reagan and confirmed by the United States Senate.
Mr McCoy is assisting SunEnergy to further develop its U.S. Military and other Government programs and identify solar farm opportunities.
Mr McCoy founded venture capital firm (Washington Capital Partners).
Mr McCoy was previously Vice Chairman and Chairman of the Investment Committee of the George Washington National Bank of Alexandria.
Mr McCoy is a graduate of West Point, 1967, BS (Engineering, Dean’s List); George Washington University, 1975 MS (Business Financial Management). He was also a member of the All-American Water Polo for the US Army.

Mr Coppi is experienced with the management of large complex infrastructure projects. He was previously Senior Partner and Global Director of PricewaterhouseCoopers Construction Risk & Dispute Resolution Advisory.
Mr Coppi is responsible for the construction management of SunEnergy Solar Farms.
Among the high profile construction projects Mr Coppi has been involved with are the 2002 Winter Olympic Village, the Boston Central Artery and Tunnel, the Athens Subway System, the Hoover Dam Visitor’s centre, the Denver International Airport, the Italian High Speed Rail, the London Underground, and the Beirut Airport. Mr Coppi graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BSc in Civil Engineering from Princeton University.

Mr Currie has extensive experience marketing and supporting distributed power systems in Australia, USA and Asia.
Mr Currie is responsible for developing sales and distribution for the Asia Pacific Region.
Mr Currie is experienced in the commercialization of low emission technologies and has held senior management positions with the CSIRO (Australia) and Caterpillar (USA). He has extensive experience with strategic sales and marketing to some of the world’s largest companies. Mr Currie holds MBA (International Business) and Bachelor Engineering (Agriculture) degrees and is also a member of the Australian Institute of Energy and the Australian Institute of Company Directors. His community activities have included serving the Australian – Thai Business Council, the Baker Heart Research Business Roundtable and he was School Captain at Scotch College in Melbourne.

Mr Pugh has over twenty years experience in the design of power supplies, microprocessor and micro controller systems, embedded firmware and data communications equipment. He has held senior positions with Group Schneider in their French Merlin Gerin Division and also with Exide Electronics in the USA.
Mr Pugh holds an important US Patent relating to embedded remote management systems for DC Power Networks with applications in telecommunications, rail, air traffic control and remote power plants. Mr Pugh holds a B.S. Physics (University North Carolina) and M.S. Electrical Engineering (North Carolina State University).

Mr. Dymond joined SunEnergy under a collaborative research project with Curtin University in 1990. He is responsible for SunEnergy’s new technologies and product architecture. Mr. Dymond also manages pre-sales system configuration and design. He has been involved in the design and implementation of hundreds of solar systems in twenty five (25) countries. Mr. Dymond is on the Australian Standards Committee and is actively involved with Australian and international standards relating to solar inverters, grid connection and energy storage.
